Hello there SPM Candidates 2012 ! SPM is really near and yes you are bound to feel some stress, hear and pressure but its alright, you're normal. There is something to worry about if you do not feel anything at all. I felt the same too and very nervous before each paper but remember your prayers, drink 'air zamzam' it makes you feel very calm, watch what you eat ( minimise fast food for a little while and no junk food bad for the brain) and remember to exercise. It releases the tension on those muscles. I remember how long essay papers made our back and shoulders hurt like mad. Now let's speak of Add Math. I do not want to give you any heavy list of things to do because exams are very near so I will just let you know how you can make the best preparation for your upcoming SPM Add Math paper, alright? 1. Go through all the list of formulas. Write them down on a piece of paper. Try your best to memorise ALL (if possible) as it is wasting time flipping to the back to check

My interview was in Taylor's College Subang Jaya and my TSA was in Sunway today. Last Thursday was the Interview Day. I was very nervous to meet the Chief Interviewer of Cambridge. Of all the interviewers, I was chosen to be interviewed by one of the senior lecturer who was basically in-charge of the entire interview process which made me more anxious to meet him. The other interviewers looked younger. I kept counting down the days, the hours, the minutes and when it struck 12.10, I wonder why he hasn't come out to call me in. After moments of anticipation, he came out and greeted me. We walked down a hall and he apologised for the delay and I think I was the last one before lunch break. The moment he opened the big wooden doors, I was petrified for a second..Yes Cambridge is ancient but I didn't expect the interview to be ancient as well. Science is challenging in general but taking up ALL the science subjects is a real challenge indeed! Incredible Somebody asked me : How do you study the sciences? Different people have different abililities. Some people are the reading type so they do good in Biology, some are good in imagination and application so they excel in Physics. The approach to Physics, Chemistry and Biology are completely different so how do you manage to study all 3 effectively? Ok to be honest I would say that Physics was giving me a lot of hassle during my SPM days. I even took extra classes near my house once a week from Mr Jesu, a St John teacher so that I could improve my Physics. I got a B for Physics during Trial Exam and that really challenged me as I was aiming for A+. I was asking myself "Was it really possible to get an A+ in a subject so hard when it was difficult to even get an A?" Dear all,  When exams are near you tend to be nervous whether you studied or not. You will definitely experience this feeling. It shows that you are normal and you are human. Its ok. Relax take a deep breath. I felt extremely nervous too during my SPM but thankfully with God's guidance, I managed to achieve the grades I wanted and dreamed of. This proves that you are capable of doing anything if you put your all into it without a doubt. Ignore people who tell you that you cannot achieve what you want. There's no point listening to people who try to belittle your dreams. They are wrong because they have no idea of how it feels to be YOU and you are special. You HAVE TO believe in yourself even if nobody else will. That is the only path to success. Sometimes we tend to go off board and suddenly you realise that you have been wasting the time you had. Its exam season again! With UPSR finished, PMR coming soon and SPM around the corner, I can smell exam papers in the air ;)  When we speak of studying, everyone imagines themselves sitting down on a chair, book on the table, head down and eyes fixed on the pages. Well, yes that is the typical way of studying but it doesn't always have to be like that, especially if you want to stay focus for a long time. Before you start studying, the main thing you must consider and ask yourself is   HOW DO I STAY FOCUS? If you cannot do that, then there will be less outcome no matter how much you try and force yourself. I agree that sometimes when we look at the pages and our mind is wandering elsewhere, we tend to start doodling, sing all the latest songs on Hitz or even start dozing off.  Nevertheless, whenever I decide to study I will make sure I am NOT sleepy or hungry because I will not be very happy to suddenly realise that I was asleep while studying.That is a real turn off for

Dear all, here is a special post from my friend May Lee Cai Ling who obtained straight A+ in all her 11 subjects. Thank you May for your sharing your ideas in LittleMissMeen. Currently, May is doing her A Levels under JPA sponsorship. She obtained Biasiswa Nasional 2010 which is awarded to top students in MALAYSIA. Hi guys! For those who don't  know me, I just completed my SPM in 2010 and recently started college. Last week I promised to post on SPM Tips and I know some of you have been waiting. I'm terribly sorry for the delay. PMR is in 8 days and SPM is in a month. I still remember the feeling weeks before SPM. I would NOT look a the countdown if possible because it makes me nervous. I just basically know how many weeks left and just focus on what else I need to do before the big day instead of making myself all worried. For my trials, I got 8A's 1B ( B for Physics) so I was asking myself: " Can I get straight A's or not?" With the new system of A+ A and A- which was implemented 2 years ago, it makes the whole thing a lot more stressful I agreed. But! That is not a reason to not excel. It should be a motivator to strive harder. Yes, nothing is easy in life. Even now, I'm doing my A Levels and I am not going to say it is easy because that's not true. Everywhere

Its been 1 month now since I started college. Wow time flies!! I remember counting down the days where I will be ending my long, nice and relaxing holiday after SPM and now its over and the beginning of a brand new chapter. Suddenly I feel weird writing here cuz I haven't been doing so lately. (compared to my daily routine before this hehe) Although I've only been there like for a couple of weeks, I feel like its been ages since I started college.
