Its Wednesday, 4th day since I reached London and I was having a relaxing morning, posting photos and making calls and buying some things online. Preparing stuff before I start getting busy very soon. This song came up in my mind and I started to humm it, decided to search on youtube and I played it over and over again. Never really realised the lyrics but when I searched for it, I realised that 80% of the lyrics resonate with me. Play the song! I have no idea why the sight, the thought and the present of children makes me so happy and stress-free. Its normal for girls to love children but people my age are not usually that fond of kids. For most people I know, English is a second language but for me English is very crucial. If I am unable to speak English proficiently, its as bad as not being able to converse with my own father. For those seeking tertiary education in a foreign country or even those who are doing it for the sake of learning, try your best to polish your English skills on a regular basis.  Here are some things I do to improve my English:  Take up extra English class. For instance, in school I did not take Literature for SPM but I joined the class to widen my depth of knowledge of the language. Not only do I try to speak proficient English, but I also enjoy the beauty of language. Read story books with high standard of English ; Harry Potter series offer a wide range of traditional and modern English as well as interesting words that you may have never heard before. My eyes caught a horrifying sight as I was sitting in Chillis KLCC waiting for our delicacy of the day to be served - in other words "having lunch". In a table right across mine sat 4 teenagers but the first thing i saw when i glanced at their table were 4 black heads covered in hair, more like zombies looking at the ground. Dress code issues. Have you ever faced a similar situation? When you're in school, its a serious matter especially in government schools.  A few days ago, a girl from a Methodist School in Malacca was suspended for wearing a mini skirt to a charity event representing her school. News stated that clear dress code regulations were provided but the accused failed to follow rules and regulations set by the school. When you are in an institution, ANY institution even at work place, you have to follow the rules set by your boss or the authorities. Can you go to an interview wearing a bikini with the reason "Oh I just feel too hot today." Your interviewers will blacklist you immediately without further explanation. What I'm trying to say is that in every place, there are things you need to consider rationally before making a decision out of pure ego. Ever heard the laughter is the best medicine? In this world  full of stress, conflicts and problems, sometimes the best thing to do is just to laugh.  If you ever fall or trip, laugh at yourself. The ability to laugh at yourself instead of being angry, blaming others or being terribly ashamed reflects positive attitude. If you have a problem turn it into a joke and laugh at it. Once you're done laughing then you can find a solution to it and get your mind straight. The person who always makes me laugh whenever i talk about my problems is my sister. Last Saturday my family and I had a trip to Malacca. Wow it felt like an early Hari Raya celebration! It was my auntie’s wedding so there were many people indeed.
