Making Chocolate Chip Cookies

Hello everyone! How are you doing? Today I made my own home-made chocolate chip cookies with the help of my forever helpful maid, Kak Asna.

So after a 2 months break with a big exam in between, its time to go back to college tomorrow for Semester 2. It seems like HELP University has been lenient and awfully nice to grant me such a sweet, long holiday and tomorrow I'll face the truth that its time to wake up early again and face reality. 

To cheer myself up, this little cookie box found me this morning after breakfast (refer below) and I agreed to create yummy cookies outta them. I've always had a companion doing it with me, usually my sister if I'm at home but she had work today. And her last words were " Hey, not fair you're baking without me." I promised to save a barrel for her when she comes back tonight and its safe downstairs now.

Anyways, making the chocolate chip cookie was fun fun fun! It didn't take long and here are the simple steps on how to bake chocolate chip cookies at home:

  1. Mix all the 400g cookie mixture in the box + 1 egg + 150ml melted butter. Mix well (do NOT add water)
  2. Prepare a baking pan and spread some butter on the base so the cookies wont stick on the pan after done baking.
  3. Place them into tiny round pieces on the baking pan.
  4. Warm oven to about 150 degree Celcius.
  5. Place pan in oven and remove after 10 minutes
  6. Add the Hersheys kisses for the chocolate chip. There's White Chocolate and Chocolate kisses so you can mix or use either one you like.
  7. Place it back into the oven for another 10 minutes if you like it crunchy. If you like it soft, just wait another 3 minutes.
  8. You're cookies are ready to eat!!

Science is challenging in general but taking up ALL the science subjects is a real challenge indeed! Incredible Somebody asked me : How do you study the sciences? Different people have different abililities. Some people are the reading type so they do good in Biology, some are good in imagination and application so they excel in Physics. Last Minute Add Math Tips For SPM

Hello there SPM Candidates 2012 ! SPM is really near and yes you are bound to feel some stress, hear and pressure but its alright, you're normal. There is something to worry about if you do not feel anything at all. I felt the same too and very nervous before each paper but remember your prayers, drink 'air zamzam' it makes you feel very calm, watch what you eat ( minimise fast food for a little while and no junk food bad for the brain) and remember to exercise. How To Clean White Laptop

Im using a white laptop. Laptops get easily dirty so imagine white ones. Got this one for my PMR Basically all my gadgets are white; handphone, laptop and even my car. I like the colour compared to black. Black seems very work-like and professional guyish/ working lady kinda thing. White seems more teenager/fun and girlish  in my opinion. Black is beautiful too. I MUST use that or else the keypads will turn yellow. When my sister returned them, I saw a perfectly beautiful cover, not the yellowish one I never bothered to clean. My SPM Results

That morning i woke up and started to do everything slowly so that i will reach school late to get my results. I made excuses and told my mum to settle all her stuff first before going to my school to get the results. Finally when the clock showed 10 am, my mum said no we have to go to school now:) i was like oh my!!... butterflies were in my stomach and i felt my insides so hot and my heart was pounding and my palms were kinda sweaty. i wasnt this nervous yesterday but now that we're right in front of the school, i started to feel the heat and tension. =^.^= Ok so i entered and straight headed to the toilet. Family Vacation in Kota Kinabalu

Hello there everyone! Its almost the end of August and little did I know that I would be writing about my holiday of the year!
